Endorse the Nine Points to Consider

The AUTM Board of Trustees has endorsed the Nine Points to Consider in Licensing University Technology and invites your institution to do the same. These Nine Points were carefully crafted by leadership at 12 institutions from across the U.S. They illustrate suggested practices to be utilized across university technology transfer activities.
