Please note there are limited Government rated rooms and when you check in at the hotel you must provide valid Government identification or you will be charged the regular room rate.

Room Rate Information:

$265.00 attendee single/double based on run of house rooms plus a $22.00 daily resort fee.

$276.00 government attendee rated occupancy plus a $22.00 daily resort fee. The rate based on 2025 prevailing federal per diem rates. Government identification will be needed at time of check-in.

Check-In: 4:00 p.m. Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.

Rates applicable three days pre/post conference based on availability.

Hotel will not issue a charge to credit card for reservation.

Cancellation without penalty is within 72 hours of check-in.
The $22.00 daily resort fee includes:
- Daily sunrise yoga
- Resort-wide internet access
- 24-hour access to the fitness center
- Access to the indoor Junior Olympic-sized pool
- Transportation on the National Harbor Circulator Bus
- Two bottles of complimentary water daily
- Complimentary cookie or fruit at Potomac District Cafe & Market
- Two welcome glasses of beer, wine or Cocktail of the Day at Harbor Social
- 20 black and white photocopies at FedEx
- NOTE: Total charges presented on the website will include all room taxes but not any applicable resort fees.

**Cut-off date to make reservations is Wednesday, February 5, 2025. After this date, the room rate is based on hotel availability and occupancy.

Ground Transportations

The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center is located 6.9 miles from the Ronald Regan Washington National Airport (DCA). An airport shuttle is not offered.

Taxis

Average taxi rides are $30-$40 from the airport to the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

Car Rental

Car rental is available at a discount through the AUTM Advantage program to AUTM Members.

Potomac District Café & Market
This brasserie-inspired Atrium eatery serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and more. Featuring fresh, light, and filling meals as well as Starbucks™ coffee and the area’s largest selection of popular wine, beer, and cocktails, the café can satisfy all. Open daily from 6:00am-12:00am.

Belvedere Lobby Bar
Savor light bites and cocktails while enjoying stunning views of our garden Atrium and the Potomac River. Open daily from 4:00pm-12:00am.

Replay Pop Up at POSE Rooftop Lounge
Replay at Pose Rooftop Lounge is an 80’s themed pop-up bar offering river views, 80's-themed cocktails and more. The rooftop bar features Insta-worthy environments, neon lights, retro arcade games and the best of 80’s music. 21+ only after 9 PM. Open Monday-Wednesday, 9:00pm-11:59pm.
