Please be aware that ONLY the 2026 Annual Meeting hotel listed on this page will be the contracted conference housing provider. The host hotel will NOT contact you directly to make a reservation. By booking through the link provided on the AUTM website, you will be working directly with the host hotel, and you will benefit from all services provided to 2026 Annual Meeting attendees through our contract. Companies other than the contracted hotel may contact you (often by phone) claiming they are affiliated with AUTM offering hotel rooms at reduced rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with AUTM, and we strongly recommend that you DO NOT use their services. If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room reservation for the 2026 Annual Meeting or if they represent themselves as a Meeting housing provider, please obtain as much information as you can and email that information to info@autm.net.
Room Rate Information
- $258 attendee single/double based on run of house rooms plus a 15.7% per night, Room Tax and 2.3% per night, Seattle Tourism fee.
- $188 government attendee rated occupancy plus a 15.7% per night, Room Tax and 2.3% per night, Seattle Tourism fee. The rate based on 2026 prevailing federal per diem rates. Government identification will be needed at the time of check-in.
- Check-In: 3 p.m. Check-Out: Noon
- Rates applicable three days pre/post conference based on availability.
- Hotel will not issue a charge to credit card for reservation.
- Cancellation without penalty is within 48 hours of check-in.
**Cut-off date to make reservations is Monday, January 5, 2026. After this date, the room rate is based on hotel availability and occupancy.
Ground Transportation
The Sheraton Grand Seattle is located 13.7 miles from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). An airport shuttle is not offered.
Taxis
Average taxi rides are $45 from the airport to the Seattle Grand Sheraton.

Alder & Ash features a large bar and lounge offering expertly mixed cocktails and a thoughtful selection local beer and wine. Open daily from 6 - 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m. - 4 p.m., 5 - 10 p.m.
Vivienne's Bistro
Inspired by traditional flavors, Vivienne's offers a fresh, creative, and respectful interpretation of Asian cuisine. Open daily from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Starbucks
Start your day with a coffee at the enhanced Starbucks® marketplace, which features breakfast and lunch items and all your favorite beverages. In the evening, enjoy a variety of local beer and wine options. Open daily from 5 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Fountain Wine Bar
Built around a restored fountain sculpted by iconic local artist George Tsutakawa, Fountain offers a unique array of local wine and craft beer options. Enjoy casual American fare suitable for every palate at our Seattle Fountain Wine Bar. Open daily from 4 p.m. - Midnight.
