Get Ready for Tech Transfer Professinals Day

Let's celebrate our successes on Thursday, December 12, Tech Transfer Professionals Day! It's an opportunity to recognize your TTO team and colleagues and to advocate on behalf of the tech transfer profession, both inside and outside of your institution.

The celebration is on the anniversary of the Bayh-Dole Act, which was put into effect December 12, 1980. This landmark U.S. Law fundamentally changed the nation's system of technology transfer by enabling universities to retain title to inventions and take the lead in patenting and licensing groundbreaking discoveries.
