The course will take place at the New Orleans BioInnovation Center (NOBIC), 1441 Canal Street, in New Orleans, directly across the street from the Jung Hotel.

AUTM has negotiated a discounted rate of $139.00 for single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes. These rates will be available to attendees, based on availability. Reserve a room online, or call the hotel at +1-833-530-9593 and identify yourself as an AUTM meeting attendee to obtain the special rate. Make reservations by Monday, November 18, 2019. Discounted room rates may not apply after this date. A credit card guarantee is required to hold your reservation. The hotel will charge the equivalent of one night’s room and tax if cancellation notice is not provided to the hotel by noon at least 48 hours before scheduled arrival. Hotel check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is noon.
 
Airport Transportation
NOBIC and the Jung Hotel are located approximately 11 miles (25 mins) from New Orleans International Airport (MSY), an approximate $36 taxi fare.
 
Shuttle service is also available from the airport to the Jung Hotel and various other locations in New Orleans for $24 (per person, one-way). Fare includes three bags per person (expects additional fees for extra bags). Tickets may be purchased at Airport Shuttle ticket booths located in the Baggage Claim area (Level1).
 
Parking
The Jung Hotel offers valet parking only at $32 per day, plus 12 percent sales tax. Parking rates are subject to change without notice. 
 
Attire and Weather
Attire for AUTM meetings is business casual. Average daytime high temperature in New Orleans in December is 65°F (18°C); the average low temperature is 46°F (8°C). Because meeting room temperatures sometimes fluctuate (read: brrr), AUTM recommends bringing a light sweater or jacket.
