The 2026 Annual Meeting Planning Committee is looking for your education session and roundtable discussion ideas. Get your session highlighted at the AUTM 2026 Annual Meeting by suggesting an interesting topic for the program.
The Call for Proposals closes on April 18, 2025. This deadline will not be extended.
Key Details
- The Planning Committee will conduct blind reviews of submissions to ensure objectivity in selecting the winning topics.
- All sessions at the Annual Meeting will run for 75 minutes.

Tips on Submitting an Annual Meeting Topic
- High-Level – Seasoned attendees prefer discussion groups. Look for sessions that have unique formats.
- Balanced – We need a good mix of all content levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced. Basic topics can be considered.
- Variety – For content to be well-rounded, selecting speakers from as many institutions, countries and backgrounds is encouraged, and at least one industry member is ideal.
