Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted to AUTM in writing. A $100 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received by April 13, 2026. No refunds will be given after April 13, 2026. AUTM permits substitutions at any time; substitutions must be submitted in writing and must be of the same membership status or the difference in fees may apply.

Conflicting Events
Attendees of the Canadian Meeting will be required, as a condition of their participation, not to host conflicting events. Private events should not conflict with any of AUTM’s educational sessions, special programs, social, and themed events, including receptions and meals provided by AUTM. Participants should review the meeting program for potential conflicts before scheduling their events.
