Hotel Accommodations

AUTM has negotiated a discounted rate of $179.00 for single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes. These rates will available to attendees, based on availability until Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Reserve a room online or call the hotel at +1-404-712-6565 and identify yourself as an AUTM meeting attendee to obtain the special rate. Discounted room rates may not apply after this date. A credit card guarantee is required to hold your reservation. The hotel will charge the equivalent of one night's room and tax if a cancellation notice is not provided to the hotel by noon or at least 48 hours before scheduled arrival. Hotel check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is noon.   

Airport Transportation Information

Airport Transportation is available from Atlanta Superior Shuttle. Please visit Atlanta Superior Shuttle website for rate information and reservations. Shuttle service from Airport departs from Ground Transportation Center.

Public Transportation

MARTA serves the Emory Conference Center Hotel. From Hartsfield International Aiport take MARTA to the Lindbergh Station. From Lindbergh take the #6 bus directly to the hotel. Emory Cliff Busses serve the University Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. This transportation is complimentary.

Parking
Self-parking is available for an overnight fee of $15.00 per vehicle. Hourly parking fees will apply to all guests not staying overnight.

What to Wear and the Weather
Attire for AUTM meetings is business casual.  Average daytime high temperature in Atlanta in November is 64°F (18°C); the average low temperature is 45°F (7°C). Because meeting room temperatures sometimes fluctuate (read: brrrr!), AUTM recommends bringing a light sweater or jacket.
