Facilitators

Dr. D’vorah Graeser is the founder and CEO of RocketSmart.io, an AI-powered platform helping universities and tech transfer offices connect with corporate partners. She holds a Biochemistry degree from Harvard and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Michigan. A former Human Genome Project researcher and registered U.S. Patent Agent, she has focused on AI applications since 2015. Her book, The AI Process Playbook for Business, was published in December 2024.

Jericho Wilkerson is the Senior Licensing and New Ventures Manager at Kentucky Commercialization Ventures (KCV), where he oversees technology assessment, licensing, and commercialization education. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Bioengineering from the University of Louisville and has a background in research and startup development. Previously a Commercialization Manager at the University of Louisville, he now focuses on advancing innovations into market-ready products. Jericho is particularly interested in AI applications in tech transfer, exploring how automation can streamline commercialization efforts.

Moderator

John Sweet is the Director of AI Administrative Strategy & Implementation at Oregon State University (OSU), where he leads initiatives to integrate artificial intelligence into administrative processes. Previously, he served as Senior Intellectual Property & Licensing Manager at OSU's Advantage program, focusing on technology transfer and innovation partnerships. John holds an MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. He is particularly interested in the intersection of AI and management, emphasizing skills such as delegation, clear communication, and project oversight in the context of AI integration.
