2023 Annual Meeting Highlights

Nearly 2,000 technology transfer pros gathered in Austin, Texas, to hear thought-provoking keynote speakers, like Nobel Peace Prize nominee and vaccinologist Maria Elena Bottazzi, attend 80+ educational sessions and get deals done via a slew of networking and partnering events.



The Meeting was punctuated by great BBQ,  the most current professional development trends and a pint-sized burro named Willie Nelson. Attendees reveled in being back together, at full strength, to discuss the challenges of the day and learn from each other. And an added bonus....40 of AUTM's Members participated in Austin's Marathon, half and 5K runs to support AUTM Foundation Scholarships. Together we raised $1,000 to support the next generation of tech transfer pros!

We also also gave out a lot of awards those who have made AUTM and tech transfer what it is today, including a prize to this year's Better World Project Award winner, Pakistan's National University of Science and Technology.
