In this session, we’ll explore working with two other types of assets that have a lot in common with software licensing: Creative works/copyright, and trademarks.

In Part 1, Creative Works, we’ll explore current best practices and considerations in licensing copyright materials and creative works, including how a background in software licensing can help prepare you for working with these assets. In part 2, Trademarks, we’ll discuss how TTOs handle trademarks as assets and licensing opportunities, including variance among institutions.
