Restroom Accessibility 

Accessible restrooms are available on each level and are near the meeting spaces. 

Wheelchair Accessibility and Assistance 

Accessible seating is available at lunch tables. Volunteer assistance is also available (upon request) to help with meals. Please stop by the registration desk for help. 

Nursing Room 

A private area is available for nursing mothers. The room is comfortably furnished and equipped with refrigeration for milk storage. Visit the AUTM registration desk to obtain a key for this secure area.

Contemplation Room 

A space is available for those who need to take a moment for quiet time or meditation during the Meeting. We ask that cell phones be turned off while in the room, and conversations be kept to a bare minimum.

Tuesday, February 21 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Transcription 

Transcription services are available for the plenary sessions Sunday to Wednesday. For instructions, stop by the registration desk. In addition, headsets are available in each of the concurrent breakout rooms.
