The Startup Course is designed for licensing and startup development professionals interested in learning general approaches to startup creation, scale up and management.  Technology transfer and startup development offices often play a role in supporting faculty-led or student-led startup companies, creating new ventures leveraging intellectual property, or negotiating license agreements with early-stage companies that will rely on investment capital for their growth.  This Course is intended to provide licensing/startup development professionals with a deeper understanding of issues related to new startups regardless of their role.
