Room Rate Information

• $249 single/double occupancy
• Check-In: 4 PM.  Check-Out: 11 AM.
• Rates applicable three days pre/post conference based on availability
• Cancellation without penalty is up to 48 hours (about 2 days) prior to arrival.
• Rate includes complimentary high-speed internet access in guest rooms and common areas
• Rate includes complimentary access to fitness center and pool area

**Cut-off date to make reservations is Sunday, September 1, 2024. After this date, the room rate is based on hotel availability and occupancy.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is 3.5 miles (15 minutes by car) from the Hyatt Regency Phoenix. Here are several ground transportations options:

Available 6am-10pm daily. Market To Go delivery charge is $10.00 per room delivery.
