Schedule at a Glance

March 15-18. The Annual Meeting times are listed in U.S. Eastern Time (ET).

Reminder! Daylight Saving Time begins on Sunday, March 14.
While we encourage you to join AUTM for all of the amazing benefits such as an Annual Meeting discount, non-Members may of course also register. Please see our registration page for more details.
Registration will be open through March 18. However, we encourage you to register before March 10 to gain early access to the Meeting site, networking opportunities, partnering meetings and avoid any interruptions in accessing the event.
Because all registrants will have access to recordings of the educational content for one year after its conclusion, we are not offering one-day passes to the virtual Annual Meeting this year.
AUTM is committed to providing an accessible conference for all Meeting attendees. Please indicate your accessibility related needs for our Virtual Annual meeting during the registration process or by emailing info@autm.net at any point before or during the conference.

AUTM is offering live event captions provided by RECAPD for all keynote addresses, workshops, and roundtable sessions.  Captioning services are not provided during Partnering Meetings in AUTM Connect, networking in the Lounge, Virtual Reception, Partnering Forums or during Connect and Collaborate.

To investigate options for closed captioning during the Virtual Reception, The Lounge, Connect and Collaborate or Partnering Forums please visit the REMO website for options such as Rev.com, Jubler, Web Captioner or Otter.ai, which work with the REMO platform.

If you require assistance with AUTM Connect Partnering Meetings, please contact Dave Bialkowski with Jujama who can assist you in changing your meeting location to your own ZOOM Link or other video meeting service you may be currently using for business meetings to transcribe your discussions.

For additional information on our efforts, or to request assistance, please email info@autm.net or call +1-202-960-1800 and an AUTM staff member will contact you.

All forms of payment are welcome, including purchase orders, check payments, and wire transfers. We accept AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.

Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be given after February 10, 2021. Substitutions are allowed at any time but must be submitted in writing and attendees must be of the same Membership status.
