AUTM recently initiated the process of developing our next three-year organizational strategic plan. We're excited about this endeavor as it presents an invaluable opportunity to chart the course for the organization's future growth and success.

Our Members are the cornerstone of this community, and your insights and experiences are vital in shaping the direction we take. That's why we're inviting you to participate in an important aspect of this strategic planning process.

We need to hear from you, the Members of the tech transfer community, about your experiences with AUTM and your vision for the future of the organization. Your feedback will play a crucial role in informing our strategic decisions over the next three years.

To facilitate this dialogue, we will be hosting four listening sessions exclusively for AUTM Members. The facilitated 90-minute workshop format includes break-out sessions for small group discussions to ensure everyone's voice is heard.

Session 1: April 22 (Monday), 8-9:30 pm (ET)
Session 2: April 23 (Tuesday), 8-9:30 pm (ET)
Session 3: April 26 (Friday), 9-10:30 am (ET)
Session 4: April 26 (Friday), Noon-1:30 pm (ET)

We kindly ask that you participate in only one meeting to ensure that we are providing ample opportunities for diverse perspectives to be shared.
