1. Engage the Diversity Network on AUTM's Career Center. 

2. Engage with additional networks. Here’s a few resources to get you started:

• Top Diversity and Inclusion Job Boards Sites 

3. Do personal outreach through social media, email, etc. to engage underrepresented individuals  

4. Extend the job post and outreach until you feel you have engaged enough diverse candidates
