Yes! If your institution participated in the 2023 Licensing Survey, then anyone at your institution receives free access to both the US and Canadian reports, plus free access for one year to the STATT Database, which includes 30+ years of searchable Licensing Survey data. Click the Accessing STATT Database webpage to view and download the reports.

If your institution participated in the FY2023 Licensing Survey, do not try to access the report through the AUTM Store. Make sure you are logged in to your AUTM account and that your account profile includes the name of your institution. Once logged in, click the Accessing STATT Database webpage to see all of the Licensing Survey reports to which you have access. If you do not see the FY2023 report, contact Katie Ventrice, AUTM  Administrative and Membership Associate.

Past Licensing Survey reports can be found in the AUTM Store by using the Product Search or browsing the Licensing Survey product category. 

We understand that accounting processes can be fluid and that your data may need updating. The Licensing Survey report will serve as a snapshot in time and will not be updated. However, you may provide us with updated data for the STATT Database at any time. Email your data updates to Katie Ventrice, AUTM  Administrative and Membership Associate.
